This New Years we want to offer you something a little different for New Year’s Eve. We wanted an event that would hearken back to the days of old with a Gala style event! There will be a cocktail reception with classic appetizers and bar service with our full drink menu followed by dinner. Choices are Salmon Wellington, Chicken Cordon Bleu or Prime Rib Roast. As you are enjoying your meal, a dessert table full of classic desserts will be set up.
Jane Morgan will be returning to Woodstock this year to grace us with music from throughout the ages to keep the night lively!

Whether you want to come early before your party plans or want to ring in the New Year at Topsail Pond’s finest establishment – we have you covered. Our early seating will take place upstairs in the Stirling Room Pub from 5:30 onward. We wanted to separate our seatings so you can stay as long as you like. Our late seating will begin at 7:00 and will go late in to the night. Keeping with Woodstock tradition, dinner will be followed with a dance into the wee hours of the New Year, with a champagne toast at midnight.

Hors D’Oeuvres Menu
Charcuterie Table – A selection of meats, cheeses, pickles, spreads and crackers.
Devilled Eggs – A classic presentation of boiled eggs, with a center of egg yolk and roasted garlic aioli, topped with paprika
Seared Scallops w/ Bacon Jam – A bit of a twist on a classic cocktail appetizer. We’d rather cook the scallops and the bacon separately so they can both shine!
Bruschetta – Served on a slice of housemade toasted baguette.
Salmon Wellington – Salmon fillet wrapped in housemade pastry topped with Fresh Herb Sauce.
Chicken Cordon Bleu – Chicken Breast stuffed with ham and swiss chesse, then battered and baked topped with housemade Bechamel sauce.
Prime Rib Roast – A Woodstock classic! Prime Rib roasted whole to perfection and served with housemade gravy.
Dessert Table Menu
Cheesecake – A Woodstock mainstay served w/ Wildberry topping.
Fruit Tarts – Starting with a base of fresh tart crust and pastry filling, then topped with fresh fruit and syrup.
Croquembouche – A classic French presentation of the humble Cream Puff. Filled with Chocolate Pastry Cream and coated in crunchy caramel. Then stacked into a structure that is worthy of a dessert table at Woodstock
Panna Cotta – A lighter option to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Tiramisu – It’s the holidays and our chef will be reviving his Terry’s Chocolate Tiramisu. A twist on an Italian classic to make it fit for the holidays.

Please note: Ticket Prices on website include a 15% gratuity. You will notice that the tax is adjusted to reflect the $75 and $110 price point.

NOTE: For different menu selections, your tickets need to be separate items on your order.
4) If you need to select "Other" as a menu option due to dietary restrictions or allergies, please make a note in the "Special Instructions" section and we will contact you.
5) If your party is buying tickets separately, please specify the names and number of people at the table in the "Special Instructions."
6) Go through the checkout to purchase your tickets.
7) Give us 24 hours to process your payment. This will be done at the beginning and end of every day. You will receive an email confirming your purchase.
8) Show up on event night to dance the night away!
